They added 200.00 to my card because the maid said she smelled cigarette smoke.Neither me or my wife have ever smoked anything. When I called about the charge, the desk clerk x said she cant help me and to call back in a week!!!

That means that they had one available but they didnt wanted give it to me even though I booked it.
