Reviewed by Donna P. of Montesano, WA USA on Nov-2007 Stayed at the Property - Nov-2007 The restaurant and bar are under construction, the free breakfast had no coffee, my bed was missing sheets, the AC sounded like a '70's dishwasher... the list goes on... very disappointing stay. I complained at the desk and was told a manager would contact me but I never heard a word back from them... This Best Western had such good reviews online that I felt pretty confident it was a good choice for my business trip. However, after my experience, I definitely would not recommend this hotel!

More like a stream view. We were close to everything, but it was quiet. My only complaint would be that the bottom of the doors sit too high up, so light and noise are let in through under the door. However, the curtains keep all outside light out. Continental breakfast was nice too with pastries, waffles, fruit, cereal, and beverages. I would stay here again!

Took a cab. It took 15 minutes to check in. There was one loud mouth desk clerk. She could not multitask. More interested in chit chatting than serving the waiting customers. The hotel halls were filthy from construction/remodeling. Debris & carpet stacked in the hallways. Room was ICE COLD upon arrival. Bed was comfortable, but felt damp because of the cold room (not comfortable for the baby). I will not return to this hotel.
