They are super helpful and really care about you having a good time. the rooms are great, we were upgraded to a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi. the view, the new restaurant, all top notch. I can't wait to go back.

We mentioned that at the front desk at check-in; 15 minutes later someone knocks on the door with a gift. We were impressed; nice touch! We stayed in one of their Jacuzzi rooms; very nice! The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi tub and a really nice walk-in glass shower. We had a very nice time there.
