Reviewed by Sam P. of AZ USA on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 Front Desk was not very helpful in acknowledging that a 52 min phone call to Australia (of all places - I would not even know how to place a call here) was obviously not made by anyone in my family (we were at dinner w/cc receipt the very time the phone charge was noted). Hopefully, Best Western will intercede and make things right. Otherwise, our hotel stay was adequate.

Reviewed by Juanita H. of Lindsay of Ca USA on May-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 My husband and I enjoyed the mission style hotel and it's laid back environment, lots of shade, fountains,places to sit and read and drink a cup of coffee, oh and don't forget the inviting pool. It was a little oasis in the sun. Very Cute It was safe and very close to downtown.

Breakfast was a nice treat--pancakes or waffles made to order. My only complaint is the lighting in our room. It was rather dark--not enough lamp light and almost no daylight (because of the covered outdoor corridors)
