Reviewed by Vandra H. of Seattle of WA USA on May-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 Staff was rude. Used fowl language. No elevators to help handicapped individuals. Staff not trained to answer questions. Worst staff I have ever encountered.
Pros:	Soft beds if you can climb four flights of stairs
Cons:	Staff, ADA accommodations
