Reviewed by Byung K. of on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 The room was charged twice, first when I made reservation, and again by the hotel when I checked in. I had called twice. On the first call, I was waiting on the phone line for 13 min, and told that the hotel manager was not in. The next day, I called again and was waiting for 27 min on the phone line to get reimbursement. It was a bad experience. |
