Customer service was poor, parking was 5.00 a night and, the complimentry hotel bus was never available. Was told by front desk people it was not available at various times throughout the day. They told us to ride the monorail. The rooms were okay for price. Quiet, except for the snoring guy next door. What was said in the advertisement is not what we got. Next time will stay somewhere else.

The driver called for me by the hotel included his tip in the fare from the airport, would not take a credit card, did not help with my bags - it was awful. The desk clerk was busy and not compassionate. The room was clean and spacious and the property is well kept. Impressive amenities dispensers in the bathroom area. Great location for walking to some of Seattle's main features. I'd recommend the property based on my Overall experience...but call a taxi - you'll pay less - and you'll get help with your bags!
