Reviewed by John F. of on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jan-2007 If you like lousy customer service coupled with thinking you're getting something that you're not, then this is the place for you. The hotel advertises free park and fly to DIA. When I checked in, I was told I had to book that service a week in advance. The desk clerk was very rude, didn't care that he was wrong and did nothing to help. STAY AWAY!!!
