Luckily it wasn't mid-summer since it wasn't repaired until the next day. Still, my husband didn't sleep well. The guts of the bathroom fan were also missing. Fixed the next day. Not too bad over all. Walking distance to downtown. Pool was clean. Bad - No A/C temporarily and squeeky neighbors upstairs.
