Frustrated and stressed about our situation, given that this was the second time in 24 hours the vehicle broke down (driving from Cali.), we stopped at the nearest Comfort Inn. The service we received from this particular Comfort Inn went above and beyond our expectations. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and reassuring. The fantastic service we received at Comfort Inn is why I will gladly return and give them my business. This is customer service. :)
