Reviewed by Erin C. of Ca US on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2007 This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! They did not give us the rooms that we reserved. They said the computers were down which they used as an excuse as to why they gave away our rooms. The desk staff did not supply a solution they were very rude and unaccomondating. There was no manager on duty ever. They were remodeling and blocked off the fire emergency exits, the window was broken in my room and I froze to death because they did not give us another room nor did they fix the problem.

Staff was helpful, but a little slow sometimes. The bus stop for the Disneyland shuttle is on a corner next to the freeway entrance and seemed sketchy at night. There weren't a lot of travelers on our stop so my friend & I were often waiting there alone and got hastled by individuals walking by, & cat-calls from people in passing cars. I would probably pick a hotel closer to Disneyland next time.

While the room was clean, bathroom had annoying flickering light and broken drain plug in sink. Hotel is renovating, but noise currently disturbing. Take shuttle, as walk is long (about 20 minutes) and a bit sketchy.
