However our experience was a bit different. We had upgraded to a suite. The bathroom had hairs all over it and dirty wash clothes left behind. There was socks left under the pull out bed(couch). It just didn't sit well with me.

I was recently displeased with my regular hotel, so I thought I would try a new one. WOW I really enjoyed it here. My room overlooked the waterfall and garden, was quiet and very clean. However the thing I liked the most was the staff, always smiling and ready to assist in every way. They recently aquirred a new GM very nice woman. Friendly and also helpful She was a great example to her staff when assisting me in directions and somewhere to eat. Thanks I will be back
