The most important thing to me is cleanliness and the room and bathroom were very clean. We did not have trouble with noise. It is a decent motel but a little pricey for what you get.

Rude behavior by the front desk staff throughout stay. Locked out of our room at 9:30am as their way of giving us a reminder about the 11:00 checkout. We all felt they couldn't wait to get us out of there. Rude and unprofessional. Hospitality- zero!

It seems to happen when someone else in the hotel is using the water. We stayed on a Thursday and had no problem, but when the hotel got busy on Friday and Saturday, we were burnt several times by the rapid temperature change. My back was actually red from the scalding hot water.
