Blood on pillow underneath pillowslip, no extras in room. No other rooms available. Given rollaway bed rudely; rollaway didn't fit in room. Ottoman broken leg and trash underneath chair, carpet had not been cleaned under chair for a long time. Hole in wall near chair. Talked with Asst. Mgr in the morning. She listened well. Unsure if any changes happened. Breakfast was awesome though.

Reviewed by Audrey A. of on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 If it weren't for the friendly, helpful and efficient staff, I would give this a '0'. The hotel is newer but looks similar to one in used for college frat parties, and needs new carpets,wallpaper, etc, since all are damaged. I was afraid to have my kids touch the bedding, floors, etc, for fear of diseases. If there had been anything else available, we would have been elsewhere. Shuttle drivers were outstanding!

Due to the Thanksgiving rush, there was not one single space left and we were told to park on the street. We had a $60 ticket waiting for us when we returned. The hotel has agreed to pay it - hopefully.
