The left wing of the upstairs was obviously undergoing upgrades. There is a lot of street noise (and I was in the far back area) and ambient noise from the parking lot and other rooms. I asked to see my room before purchasing. It was good, clean, acceptable for the price. Continental breakfast: cereal, milk, donuts, bread and coffee.

First, the website info leads one to believe it is close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, when in fact it is at least a good half-mile from the eastern-most sidewalk star. The "complimentary breakfast" consisted of coffee and slices of bread. Guest room and bathroom lights were dim, but relatively clean. I would not return due to the crummy location and lack of value for the money.

The toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall. Some rude occupants were having a loud conversation at 1:30 am in the middle of the parking lot. Other than that, the accommodations are sufficient for a one-night stay. Don't think I'd want to be there much longer.
