Reviewed by Michael S. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 The motel is fairly well located for destinations in central Houston. Rooms are clean. Service is another story: my in-house phones didn't work and all I was told was '"plug them in again". Pool was locked and dirty. |

Reviewed by Alicia D. of Houston of TX United States on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jun-2007 This hotel had friendly people...but the shower curtain was as thin as paper, and would constantly blow out of the tub causing there to be a massive flood in the bathroom, which then caused a stench throughout the room because it was never cleaned up properly. I was in a non-smoking room and there was a burn hole in my sheets, and on top of that the sheets were not changed for the entire 5nights that i stayed there. |

The room was clean, but there was a problem with the first room in that the A/C did not work, which is kind of strange. You would think that someone would conduct a "Pre-Room" checkout before allowing someone to check-in to the room. But the good thing was that the second room I got was further back from the freeway, and therefore quieter. And the response from the front desk was very quick, <5 min. |

I even upgraded my room to a suite.The rooms were very clean and the maids were very friendly and courteous. I'm taking another trip back to Houston in May 07 and I will be staying here again!!! |

I came back tot he reception only told to wait until the room is cleaned. I waited two hours before I was able use. When I called the reception the lady told me that there will be no room service the next day but will attend to them as soon as the service staff are available. I left the hotel hoping you will never use this hotel to other customers ever. |
