Reviewed by M C. of San Antonio of Tx USA on Mar-2007 Stayed at the Property - Mar-2007 The Fairmont had wonderful service, clean rooms, upscale lobby and very comfortable. The spa was nice and the pool was warm, but the kids complained it closed too soon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro and great restaurants. It was an ideal location for a spring break trip. The only complaints were the restaurant-lunch was disappointing, but room service was great-and difficulty in cashing a check. We would definitely return for another stay.

I think I found me a place to stay in DC. However, I wouldnt have breakfast at the bread and chocolate place next door. The service is terrible.
