Reviewed by Jan O. of of NY USA on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 Smoke permeates all rooms, no elevator, won't guarantee smoking/nonsmoking room or what floor room would be on! Scratchy wornout bedding. Challenged room rate- and lost due to online agancy printout. Needs serious repairs and updating. $$ we saved well spent outside hotel. Lancaster farmland is being rapidly overrun by malls and McMansions. Annual Quilters Heritage Celebration is fantastic, wonderful Amish food and hospitality. Incredibly low quilting fabric prices throughout the area. Lovely area, stay elsewhere if you can afford it.

It was exactly what we expected for the price:2 large beds, cable TV, hot bath or shower, lots of fresh towels + 3 soaps, free coffee/donuts and juice. We couldn't have asked for more. The receptionists were pleasant, so were the cleaning ladies. Shall we go back? Yes, certainly!
