Courteous helpful staff. Beach access. Huge nearby marina. Safe area. CONS: rooms smelly, need a major face-lift, balconies not too clean. Although building and property are real nice, rooms have a look and feel of a cheap hotel. Therefore, rates are high.

I had the opportunity to see the banquet facillities as well as the rooms and staff all in action. Truly impressive. The rooms are modern, the food is good,-breakfast is the best and complimentary for hotel guests, the ocean and beach view are beautiful. This is a great place for business meetings,vacations, or just a getaway. The weather can change depending on the time of season so bring a sweater or jacket for the evening.

Our only option was to check in to a garden room for the whole stay although we had prepaid for an ocean view. (They told us we could not change rooms the next day.) Finely checked us in at 4:45!
