Cant communicate at all with non english speaking housekeeping staff and the desk folks acted like I was bothering them when I asked any questions. Fortunately I need very little interaction with them. Location was fantastic if you need to do anything in SLC. Our room was A++. Nice little indoor pool and a "fitness room" with a couple of cardio machines but dont stay here if you need to work out with weights. Overall, I would definately stay here again.

I travel frequently and frequently ship boxes from the hotels where I'm staying. When I called the Front Desk to ask them where I could leave the boxes until UPS could stop by to pick them up, they refused to accept them. When I insisted they take them, they did. It shouldn't have come to that.

There was cigarette ash all over the place. Rooms very stinking. I booked my hotel for 5 nights but checked out after one night. Hotel staff was not friendly at all.

We took our kids on a Christmas ski vacation - upon check in Embassy gave us 20% off ski rental coupons. The rental store was right out the front door. They also had a place in the lobby to store our equipment for us. The nighttime reception was wonderful as was the full hot breakfast each morning. Our room was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were happy and accomadating!!! We were able to purchase our lift tickets at the front desk at a huge discount! We we're very impressed and we will definitely be back!
