Reviewed by Kevin M. of on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 Considering the hotel is in a remodeling stage, inside it was a nice looking place. My room looked good from the waist up, but from there down it needs help. It needs new carpeting and molding. The bed are comfortable with big pillows. Nice 42" TV also. The bathroom was done over, but not the best job was done. Maybe after all the renovations are done, it will be better.

The shuttle drivers were all very nice and had no problem picking me up from the office nearby. The front-desk was always staffed by a friendly face. I can't wait to see the new lobby when renovations are complete... The rooms had a bed, shower, and a nice tv. I didn't need much other than that for a business trip. I will definitely stay here again.

However, the rooms could use some sprucing up, and perhaps a mini fridge, and jacuzzi tubs in some rooms. A large jacuzzi in the pool area would also be very nice. The lounge is also quite nice though a bit small. The food is very good, but a bit pricey. The beds are VERY comfy. The hotel is near the, airport, and Mall of NH. We will certainly stay here again, but it certainly would be nice for them to consider my suggestions.
