We just spent the weekend at the Clarion to go see the Martina McBride concert. The hotel was dirty, not kept up and we were placed in a room above the kitchen. They decided to do work on the kitchen while we were there in the middle of the night. Needless to say, we got NO SLEEP. Their answer at 4:00 in the morning was for us to switch rooms. We should have switched hotels. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone!Could use improving - EVERYTHING

Wow, the previous reviews convinced me to stay at this hotel. While the room was clean, it didn't feel real clean, fresh. I had to bring 3 carts of items into the hotel. I asked for a bellhop when I came in and out. I was told, there's a cart over there. You can PURCHASE breakfast at the restaurant (mediocre food). No worse, I suppose, then the hotel prepared food for the conference menu. The staff were very nice, friendly. The front desk, not so good. Overpriced.

Pros: Location
Cons: Attitude

This hotel has a great location within walking distance for the Convention Center and the War Memorial Arena. Rooms are clean and pleasant. The service in the attached Bennigan's restaurant was slow and disorganized. We were there on a weekend when the hotel was full, and it was evident that additional staff was needed in Bennigans. Eat at the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que two blocks away instead.

Pros: Proximity to the Convention Center
Cons: The service in the attached Bennigan's restaurant
