Much better management and staff throughout the hotel. I have notified my entire company, as I was the one who took all the business out of the hotel due to service & product issues.

I came down to celebrate an early holiday with my family. They suggested I stay at the Crowne Plaza. I am scared of the city, and city people as it is. The Crowne Plaza was so welcoming and understanding of my needs and concerns. The staff ALWAYS had a smile on their faces and eager to help. Not to mention the rooms! They are the largest rooms I ever saw in a hotel! I can't wait to come visit Allentown again....just to visit and learn more. And I recommend the Crowne Plaza 100%.
