Staff unresponsive to needs - internet was down all day and I had to tell them twice it wasn't working before calling the helpdesk and them telling them the same thing to fix it. Had to check out a day early and go where internet worked. Breakfast was good, but get there early. There are no seats in their lobby when its packed!

I really liked the pillow-top mattress beds, and the duvet covers felt awesome! I did not want to get out of bed in the morning! They served hot items on their free breakfast bar, and that was nice for my family and I...we saved some money on our food expenses because of that! I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time I am in the area.
