The only benefit of this hotewas the location. The price of our suite was over 325.00 per night. Given the condition of the suite I found this suite to be extremely over priced. The description of the hotel read newly renovated. This may have been the case 5-10 years ago. The lack of internet connection made it extremely difficult to stay connected. We were there to get a feel for the hotel before a reunion in October. We have since cancelled the the reservations for the Fall.

Pros: location
Cons: marina suite

they told me in advance that they were under renovation. lobby was very small and cramped. when i checked in i was offered an upgrade to either the tower or to a 3 level building that had bigger rooms. i chose the bigger room and it was basically a junior suite with a seperate living room, nice bathroom (except for low flow shower), nice bedroom and nice view of boats in their slips. room was very clean and nice and nice upgrade with no upcharge. the parking valet is very busy and not very well attended. the $14 parking charge was a bit much for what it was.

Charged for everything! Parking ($14 for self, $16 for valet), Internet ($9.95) , water bottles in fridge ($4.95). This hotel was under renovation while we were there. They did offer us a different room away from the construction, however, it would mean going from a king bed to two double beds. This was not what we wanted. We stayed near the construction, but stayed away from the hotel as long as possible. It would have been better if we were informed of the construction ahead of time. Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006

The room walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that goes on. While at my stay, they had to shut down my water for repairs. The pipes were screaming the entire night, and I barely got any sleep. I also got charged $14 per night for parking... Everything was overpriced. Pluses were view and staff service.

Pros: View
Cons: Facility
