Staff sat the front desk are not so friendly. Disappointing dinner at the cafe. Food was not as it is advertised- There is no native american influence at all !! Room charges are over priced.

Pros: Close proximity to down town
Cons: I can't complain.

The room and bathroom were entirely too small and the shower was cold! The continental breakfast was $10! There are way too many other hotels to chose from in Santa Fe that have a lot more to offer than this one does, and the other hotels are actually located in the historic shopping area. On the upside, the towels were soft, the parking was free, and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle for anywhere within a 1 mile radius. Our advice?Skip it!

Pros: Free Parking
Cons: quite a few things

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Santa Fe. It was quaint, clean and the most bang for the buck I found there. I was a little nervous b/c of the price but was very pleasantly pleased. The food was good there but the resturant staff argued non stop in front of guests. It was very unprofessional.

Pros: the atmosphere
Cons: going through renovation right now.
