Reviewed by J T. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 Went to Ottawa Blues Festival and was able to walk home from concert. My only complaint was the smoking smell in the room, but otherwise a nice place. Liked the apples at the front desk.

This is a luxury suites hotel at affordable prices with excellent and friendly service. We have never had a complaint about this site and would recommend it to anyone with any size family. Our superior one bedroom suite on the 25th floor overlooked the river and Hull across the way. It is beautiful inside and out and in a terrific location.

The room was lovely and very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom towels were exceptional. We had a lovely view from the 17th floor. Room service was quick and very good. We did not dine at Prime 360 as it seemed a bit expensive and we wanted to see the town anyway.
