You can walk to most of the big hotels from Bill's. The hotel is very small in comparison to all the surrounding hotels, but that is actually a positive thing. You can easily enter and exit the Hotel within minutes. Very rarely do you have to wait for an elevator. Good price, very clean rooms, good service and a great restaurant. Our room was a little smoky, but more than acceptable as we are sensitive to smoke. If you are in Vegas to tour around, and rarely be in your hotel, why pay more to be in a bigger hotel?

Could not hear a peep from outside without opening bathroom window (from the 3rd floor). Rooms are wonderfully comfortable; beds, shower, flat-screen TVs all great. Casino floor is small but fun. Long wait for bellman and only 1 restaurant of suspect quality, but no complaints otherwise. You won't stick around when not in your room, but it's Vegas! You can easily enter and exit the Hotel within minutes. Very rarely do you have to wait for an elevator. Good price, very clean rooms, good service and a great restaurant.

Overall Imy stay was OK. The price -affordable; but I think I would have spent the extra 150 to stay at one of the other newer/larger hotels. The view-beautiful, but because of the location of the room, it was extremely noisy until approx 04:00 AM. The appearance of hotel/casino - outdated & aged. Not much airation & with the low ceilings, the casino is smokey and smells musty. If someone was looking for a place just to sleep, Barbary is OK, but if you want the Vegas experience, I would recommend a different hotel.

Six of us guys spent three nights at the Barbary for our collective 40th Birthdays. The newly remodeled rooms were very nice. The wall-mounted plasma TVs were a big hit with the guys. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of the strip, in the heart of the action. The gambling at Barbary Coast is pretty good too. We played 21 and craps. I'd definitely stay there again!

Even though there was a casino downstairs, it was very quiet on the floor of the hotel. The staff was really helpful and nice. Easy access in and out of the casino to see the sights.

This hotel had the perfect location (center of the best attractions on the Strip). The beds and pillows were wonderful, parking is free, the room was very clean. Even though there was a casino downstairs, it was very quiet on the floor of the hotel. The staff was really helpful and nice. Easy access in and out of the casino to see the sights. We will definitely stay here in the future !!!!

AWESOME PLACE, this is on the corner of LV blvd and Flamingo (the CENTER of LV). Very nice restaurant called Michaels, and a CRAZY after hours club called DRAYS. Also, another post said no AMENITIES.... the Barbary owns the Gold Coast all you have to do is show your room key there to use the pool (this might also work at the Orleans and South Coast, but I am not positive)
