Reviewed by Lisa V. of on Aug-2007 Stayed at the Property - Aug-2007 Had stayed here once before and enjoyed a beautiful room service style continental breakfast- now that has been discontinued, so no breakfast at all, even in the lobby. Pool was cloudy, dirty and overheated, and the grass was crawling with fire ants. Tiolet backed up twice, second time we were told that it would be fixed "sometime that day". Desk clerk offered no apology when we checked out to go to another hotel.

STAYED 4 NIGHTS I had a king bed suite lower and then a 1 bedroom site and felt as if I rented a contemporary condo. I had 1 little problem and it was taken care of Pronto. I travel and like to stay at best and also quaint. This hotel was more then I expected! My future 1 choice

Continental breakfast not free as advertised, $8 a person. Rooms starting to show wear; carpets dirty. The deadbolt did not work. Pool old and dirty. Good candies at the counter.

The rooms are very nicely appointed and very clean. The beds and linens are upscale and soooo comfortable. The staff were efficient and very helpful. The free continental breakfast could be improved with a little fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms have been completely updated and nicely decorated. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the downtown area but still very convenient.
