Reviewed by Carman V. of Brea of CA United States on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 This is not a 3 star hotel...first room was dirty and very small, second room view was a brick wall, noisy, bad neighborhood, could not walk the location, not close to dining, not walking distance to harbor, parking terrible |

| Pros: | Close to Highway |
| Cons: | No harbor insight, cement wall for view, bad loc. |

Reviewed by Wendy T. of Sacramento of CA USA on Jun-2007 Stayed at the Property - May-2007 I loved this "inn." The beach is one block; harbor, pier and shopping within walking distance. The room was like a studio apartment; clean with fully stocked kitchen with nicer pots than I have at home, huge closet. Office staff nice and helpful; they have DVDs you can check out at no cost, which was great for my kids. My only dislike was the table - a bistro-style table for 2, and I had 2 little kids with me ... we picnicked on the floor because the chairs were too high for them. |

I guess it turned out to be a good thing that I didn't get any sleep because not only did the alarm not work but the wake service failed me as well. Would not stay here again. |

Reviewed by Celia E. of Sacramento of CA US on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 This hotel was excellent value for a hotel in SAnta Barbara where costs are high. Excellent for vacation travel since it has a full kitchen, small dinette area as well as a full bathroom and the bed. It's close to the train station, the harbor and fairly close to downtown SAnta Barbara where the prices run from 170-319. This is a great value. |
