Fantastic staff who were more than accomodating, we had a partial ocean view and the ocean was totally visable from our room, rooms are quite large and offer everything you need and very nice, the little gift store in the lobby has great fresh coffee and breakfast items incase you want to eat on your patio. Beach was gorgeous! and upon check in they offered us unlimited calls to US&Canada which was great! I have to say, this is a great hotel! We stayed here for 7 nights and it was wonderful. The only problem was that we reserved a partial ocean room with a king sized bed. When we got to the hotel, they of course had no partial ocean view with a king sized bed (we made our reservations on 2/3/07). In order to get a king sized bed, we had to upgrade to a full ocean view (which it really wasn't) and pay an additional $400.00. My husband is 6'5", so we really had no choice. Other than this unexpected expense, we had a great time and the hotel was wonderful. We would reccommend it to anyone.

Anyone who says different - it has to be them. Location is near everything - shopping, restaurants, activity pick up point. Get to the beach 15-30 minutes before 8:00am to reserve umbrella and chairs - worth the $40. Only bad experience was Hula Grill breakfast, dinner, and service was awful don't waste your money.

As a part of the package at the Outrigger Waikiki included a buffet breakfast in the hotel. When we discovered that we could not use the breakfast coupons on our fifth day because of our very early airline reservation, I asked the front desk if they would swap the breakfast coupons for a credit toward a dinner at one of their hotel restaurants. They said no to this, and were very inflexible in trying to accomodate us. Also, we paid for an oceanfront room which was about the size of a matchbox.

Pros: Beach Front Property
Cons: Check out time

Ocean View Room - Refridge & Safe - Wonderful. Dukes Breakfast Buffet, Dinner, Service were Fantastic. Hotel Staff, House Keeping Staff, Activities Desk - Everyone was very freindly and helpful.

The walls are very thin in this hotel, could hear everything going on in next room. Location is great. Food is so/so. Duke's is loud and a pick up joint-good luck finding a seat! We celebrated our 20th Anniv here and we felt that the hotel could have offered us a room upgrade or free breakfast, we even asked, but were told NO. Bell desk guys were great. Other staff weren't that great-rude at times. Next time we will stay next door-Sheraton Moana Surfrider. Also wanted us to pay $40 a day for a beach chair and umbrella. No thanks!

No thanks!

Very Friendly staff. Maids always smiled and said aloha. Room was large and beautuful. Great view of the Beach and City. AIr conditioning worked very good. Free Internet Access to stay in touch with friends and family. Free local phone calls. Very comfortable bed and pillows. My wife and I slept like we were at home. There are plent of places to eat around the Hotel. From very cheap to very exspensive. We stayed 7 nights and were bummed to return home. The weather was perfect.

Beach front was terrific and Hula's Grill has the best breakfast in Waikiki!! Room decore was very nice and the lobby looked wonderful. I'm telling everyone I know to go there!

The vow renewal ceremony is wonderful, but don't expect help from the staff. We wanted to hire a photographer , but the staff told us there was no way we could pre register. The bell staff never came to get our bags after check out because the front desk staff never relayed the message. Very nice hotel. Great location. Close to anything you want to do and right on the beach. Great view from rooms.Rooms were nice. Maid service was great. Beach was way to crowded, should make it private. Good restaurants. Service at the bar was terrible.Parking was difficult to get to and expensive. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Location
Cons: Pool and Hot tub
