When we arrived after a long days travel it was 34 degrees outside, and so was the room! (the heat had been off) I went to the desk to change to a warm room, and the nite manager said she'd give us extra blankets and the rooms heat up quick. I called her twice more, same story - and a half hour later the room was still cold! We asked for a warm room or a refund - nothing doing so we went next door where the helpful staff gave us a warm room. online travel arranged a refund for us next day.

Pros: none
Cons: staff attitude

Staff was very helpful, even moved us to a different room so that we could check in early so that we could make it to our friends wedding on time.

Pros: helpful staff
Cons: newer bed would have been nice

Didn't know about city, but it was great!! Around mntns, but great city. Place was great, good beds, very quiet, Olive Gard food was delivered for a charge. Close to Canada border 1.5 hrs. Great staff, very accomodating. Did I say it was great LOL.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

We had a King Suite, beautiful decor, VERY clean (and I'm picky!), NICE POOL! and hot tub heated year round which the kids loved. Had a microwave/fridge in room - nice treat! Super staff -outstanding breakfast - even have 2 waffle makers so you don't wait long, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, muffins, biscuits...long list . Very impressed - cannot wait to return! If I have to chose something to improve I would suggest stronger exhaust fan for bathroom - not a big deal. One of those rooms that you don't mind walking barefoot - we chose to tip the cleaning staff - it was that impressive.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Bathroom exhaust fan

The hotel was nice and clean. My only complaint was that the beds are quite uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on wafer-board!

We had a great time here. It was easy to find, clean and quiet. The rate we booked through travelocity was for a room at the back. My husband called it the ghetto section, but it wasn't bad, just different than the rest of the hotel with the rooms coming off the corridors. Our door opened to the outdoors.
