(the heat had been off) I went to the desk to change to a warm room, and the nite manager said she'd give us extra blankets and the rooms heat up quick. I called her twice more, same story - and a half hour later the room was still cold! We asked for a warm room or a refund - nothing doing so we went next door where the helpful staff gave us a warm room. online travel arranged a refund for us next day.

Place was great, good beds, very quiet, Olive Gard food was delivered for a charge. Close to Canada border 1.5 hrs. Great staff, very accomodating. Did I say it was great LOL.

Had a microwave/fridge in room - nice treat! Super staff -outstanding breakfast - even have 2 waffle makers so you don't wait long, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, muffins, biscuits...long list . Very impressed - cannot wait to return! If I have to chose something to improve I would suggest stronger exhaust fan for bathroom - not a big deal. One of those rooms that you don't mind walking barefoot - we chose to tip the cleaning staff - it was that impressive.

The rate we booked through travelocity was for a room at the back. My husband called it the ghetto section, but it wasn't bad, just different than the rest of the hotel with the rooms coming off the corridors. Our door opened to the outdoors.
