With our online travel website reservation, we were stuck in the courtyard like we were being punished. The rooms are in serious need of a facelift, the bathroom toilet made me feel like I was in a gas station and left me looking for a seat cover, no coffee in room, overall I would not recommend this place :(

Pros: valet
Cons: everything in the room

My room in the East Tower appeared to have been untouched since the 70's (not a complement). The furniture was worn or damaged, the thermostat didn't work and the lights were inadequate. My room overlooked the freeway and I was lulled to sleep by the trucks on the interstate. There are no power outlets near the table or bed, so get used to running your computer on battery power. Of course they?re still charging $12 daily for internet service?..

Is older and need updating... linens are terrible and fixtures are old, stained and leaky. Bell service was non-existent, they never even anwser the phones much less handle luggage. Food service was adequate. Will not visit again.
