The check in was really fast. i had requested a smoking room and was worried about what i'd get. but it was great! on the 32nd floor with a great view!! (and they were worried that that view wasn't the greatest to offer, but it was perfect). Very clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean. Only problem was that the windows don't open and so the room smells of smoke as soon as you arrive into it. Dining in room is a bit expensive, but hey, you're in the heart of the city with a million restaurants really close by. It was a great stay.

Pros: View, Spacious Rooms
Cons: Smoking rooms need ventilation. windows don't open

This hotel was way too high priced for the room. The shower had mildew all over, and the double bed was not as big as a full size bed, and certainly not big enough for 2 people comfortably. There was nothing in the room regarding any services, or information on the hotel. NO continental breakfast included, AND you had to pay $16.00 to park your car in the hotel garage!!! I would never waste my money on this hotel again. The only benefit was it was close to Bell Centre. :)

Pros: Close to Bell Centre
Cons: Price & Cleanliness

I was disappointed by this hotel. I didn't feel it was what a 4 star should be. Location is great. Hotel lobby was nice, but the halls and the actual room were nothing special. In this day and age, Internet ($15/day), Local calls ($1.49) and parking ($18/day) should all be included in the price. Not extra! It was just average.

Cons: Extra Charges

Never been to Montreal before but i loved it and was very impressed. The concierges at the hotel were extremely helpful in recommending which restaurants and nightclubs to go to and had maps with directions ready to go. Theres also a terrific exercise room, pool, hot tub and sauna. The rooms are quite nice too. Just watch out for mini bar charges. We almost got charged for two beers we didn't take but they adjusted the bill for us later.

Our stay at the Sheraton was most enjoyable. The location was perfect, with lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the Metro, churches, shopping, etc. The view from our 20th floor room was spectacular. The staff was most helpful, and the amenities were excellent (fitness room, swimming pool, spa, gift shop, etc). The only setback was that the electricity went out for a day, and we had to relocate to another hotel (which the Sheraton arranged and paid for). This, of course, they had no control over. (This part about the electricity does not have to go into the review, if desired.)
