Reviewed by Michael F. of Tucson of az usa on Apr-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2007 My room was no cleaned at all, our other room the sheets were dirty, not changed at all. We were checked out of our rooms even though booked for 5 nights, keys deactivated 5 times per day! Very poor service.

Reviewed by Mark R. of Carson City of NV USA on Jan-2007 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 We recently stayed at the Inn at Santa Fe ? snow and road closures forced an unscheduled stop. We were impressed with the helpful/friendly staff and learned that new management is taking a personal interest in the property resulting in expanded/improved amenities. The front desk person told us that planned improvements within the next couple of months will include a full American breakfast (vs. current continental breakfast), a mgr?s social, flat panel TVs, DVD players, etc. I would recommend the hotel to my friends/associates even without these amenities. It was a pleasant stay.
