Having read the reviews on this Travelodge, I was apprehensive what I might find. But the price was right and the location was great. This is a good budget motel. It is under new ownership and improvements were being made everywhere. Buildings 3 and 4 are better right now.

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything

I will be staying overnight at your hotel and i have stayed in many other travelodges across the U.S. I have been satisfied with my accommodations elsewhere so I do hope that your facility is clean, fresh smelling and not a dirty smelly room or poorly outdated, unkempt bathroom. Hopefully you will have a nice, clean, fresh room for me to stay in.Could use improving - hopefully nothing

Cons: hopefully nothing

My first time to PalmSprings and I loved it. Although my choice in staying at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was musty smelling the wall paper was peeling off the walls, bathroom was origional with no upgrades since the early 70's. Airconditioner did not work properly so they gave me a fan. Hotel is in dire need of refurbishment! I will visit PalmSprings again but I will never and I mean NEVER stay here again.

Pros: cant think of one.
Cons: the room, bathroom

The walls in the rooms were filthy. The shower needed massive scrubbing. Soap build-up, dirty tile. Rugs never vacuumed along the walls. Very cheap coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Had to ask for washclothes, I guess those aren't standard items for the rooms. The staff provided washclothes when asked and were helpful with directions and provided local maps.

Pros: The maids were nice
Cons: Maintenance of the rooms

The entrance to the unit was with a key to a sliding glass door, an older building. The unit was old and lacked a microwave, although it did have a frig. There were three parties in front of us at check-in, with only one clerk for awhile, so we waited about 10 minutes for check-in. No one was available for checkout, so we just left the key on the desk. But the price was very reasonable. If we needed to skimp, we'd stay there again...

Pros: Reasonable price, centrally located
Cons: No microwave oven
