It looks like they have renovated recently and are making even more changes. The rooms are nicely done and have really comfortable beds. They offer a lot in their continental breakfast, including freshed baked cinnamon rolls. They also offer a free airport shuttle and are next to a subway system that takes you into San Francisco. I highly recommend this place for a stop over or a nice alternative to the pricey hotels in San Francisco.

Stayed near airport before a 3 week Hawaii trip, and these beds were better than any. Complaint - waited a long time for the shuttle (reason for the 4 of 5 rating), facility not impressive on first sight, but a hidden jewel, really a great place.

We stayed on the third floor and our bathroom was looking very old and cracked, but it was clean. Dont try to eat breakfast here, the only have about 6 tables and one toaster. The staff does try to make you feel welcome and most of them were friendly. Parking was hard, not enough spaces. I would stay here again. It is close to the airport and easy access to Hwy 101. CalTrain is right behind hotel and you occasionally hear the rumble of the train, but not too loud and it doesnt last long.

Nice area, lots nearby such as In & Out Burger, Pez Museum, CalTrain. Completely non-smoking, so perfect for a family. Easy access to 101 and airport. Nice area, quiet, comfortable, accessible. Reviewed by D S. of Dayton of OH USA on Oct-2006 Stayed at the Property - Oct-2006 Nice Hotel, very close to BART which is the least $ option to downtown San Francisco. Too much pressure at the front desk to take their tour options. Nice Room, medium breakfast options. Would stay again.
