This was the first time my wife and I were able to get away in 2 years. We received a room with two double beds which we slept in separately. When I explained this to the front desk manager the next morning in addition to the major discomfort, he rudely shrugged his shoulders and denied me a refund for the second night.. He stated that they were at capacity and could not give ma a refund or change my room. My wife called the hotel a few hours later to discover that they had a room (with a king) available. Don't stay at this hotel.
