Reviewed by Kevin B. of Stratford of CT usa on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 I booked a room for my wife's birthday. She allways wanted to go to New Haven. We booked a deluxe room with a king or queen bed. What we got was a small room with a bed that pulls out of the wall. Then we were told they had no more rooms. The bed was so uncomfortable we called to complain and they suggested a roll away cot. $220.00 for a roll away cot?! C'mon get real. We ended up leaving a 2:30 in the morning after 3 hours of trying to get some sleep. I called travel agency and the hotel and all that they said was sorry. That is nice but doesn't help my wife's birthday getaway.
