X, the manager, had her go through all of the dirty & clean laundry. AS I SPOKE TO HIM, HE STARED OUTSIDE THE DOORS. I had to ask him what was outside because I was speaking. He then looked at me, but it quickly wondered back outside. It was my sister's fault for leaving her wallet behind, but X DID NOT EVEN PRETEND TO CARE. Reviewed by M. R. of Seoul of Korea on Dec-2006 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 Easy to find. **TINY** Room decor: intuitive Ikea meets Crate & Barrel at a Pier 1. Perfectly done actually. Staff--sharp, attentive, helpful. Not dormlike. ***Regularly attended glass recycling containers just outside about 100 of the hotel's windows, not to mention the streetizens. The Mosser was the perfect escape inside. Very cozy and solid. Portal to good shopping. If you want to be around this area and it's not your first time in a big city, ask for a quiet room here. |

The shared bathroom is so small that it's a trick getting in and out (the door has to open somehow). I give them credit for nicely appointed interiors, but the room is so small one has only the bed to sit on. I'm also disappointed that there isn't free wifi (I misread their site) - another $10 to ATT. |

Reviewed by Grace V. of on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 Cute and great location to the bus, the BART, TAXI, Moscone center, and other things such as shopping. Small, basic room. If you get a shared room, there is one toilet and two shower rooms per floor. Both were easy to locate, clean, and almost always available when you needed them. The attached resturaunt is lame. If you're by yourself, and you don't need anything fancy, this is a great choice. |

Reviewed by Thom R. of on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Sep-2006 The room are super small, and you have a shared shower with others on your hall. They are very clean and we never had to wait. It's like staying in a luxury dormatory. The staff is awesome, and the location cannot be beat. The hotel is just off Market St., which is the place for shopping and all transportation lines have stops on Market. I sugggest taking the F Line Street Car for $1.50 which is where you'll find more shopping, the best selection of restaurants, and many great views. Bottom line- S.F. is way expensive, so save a lot by staying at the Mosser. |

Reviewed by S. H. of Fisher of IL USA on Sep-2006 Stayed at the Property - Aug-2006 Have never seen a smaller sink! But this hotel is a real find. Great price, great location. Annabelles a really nice restaurant (altho forget breakfast - check out Mel's Drive-In down the streeat and around the corner instead; also Starbucks and organic coffee shop w/n pitching wedge of hotel). Must pay for Internet -- but can trek five minutes to Union Square and get free wireless connection. Can hear entire telephone conversation in next room as well as people passing by in hall, but impeccably clean and bed quite comfortable. Would stay here again. |

Definitely will stay here again |
