The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located right in Kenmore Square, convenient to everything and you just can't beat the price!

Room pictures are FALSE, staff is rude, parking garage next door has no staffing, but your car will get towed! disgusting mattress, sink, toilet, tubs, walls, smells like somethings rotting, VERY loud!

Dirty worn out rooms, vents full of dust, blankets with holes. No info from desk staff.Its like a camping trip. "FREE" breakfast not worth your time. Used it once. Difficult to get up front stairs with suitcases.Awful toilet paper made of recycled materials.They charged more for a non smoking room The only good thing was the mattress.That did not make up for the noise outside.I would NEVER stay there again.
