Sorority party brought even more noise. Delighted the hotel "welcomed" pets, but hit with a $150 fee upon check-in. After explaining to more than one manager that we were not advised of a pet fee although we had advised the hotel we would be bringing our dog, eventurally adjusted to $75 pet fee. Good bed, no chair or any place to sit. No furniture, college dorm style "cubby" for clothes. Will not return to this or any W Hotel.

To make matters worse, everytime we left the hotel, we had to get our hotel key card re-swiped. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It was New Year's Eve and the restaurants, shopping malls, and parties nearby made the trip enjoyable.The employees really need training in customer service. My husband and I really thought that this W hotel was similar to the one in Chicago. Always find out what year the hotel was built or if it was renovated.
