The staff was always very courteous and extremely professional. That and the bed made the Westin worth it. We were a little shocked at how much extra we would need to pay for in-room internet access, and that is hardwired access, its only wireless in the lobby. Amounts to about ten plus tax per day. One needs to sign up right at 12:01pm to get the most benefit since they reset all of the accounts at noon. Perhaps we were just expecting too much in the realm of technology from a four diamond hotel in the heart of Seattle of all places.

Service at front desk was friendly and they called up to be sure room was OK. Staff promptly sent up a small fan I requested. Annoying how they charge for things like sending out a FedEx package. Restaurant normal high price. Good downtown location, great views. Non smoking room was fresh and clean.
