They would not refund the 2nd night! What about if our reservation was for 5 nights? No compassion or care at all. There was no front lounge area. The room was small. The bathroom was small. Even some of the paint and construction was coming apart. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. |

However, this hotel wasn't quite up to my expectations of a luxury hotel. It's a solid 3 stars and definitely no more than that... |
