Reviewed by Patty F. of Milton, VT US on Nov-2007 Stayed at the Property - Apr-2008 We stayed in the honeymoon suite overlooking the spa pool. Our room was nice but could have used some updates. We did have sugar ants in our bathroom/Kitchen. It was great location/Great customer service/Met some great people/very relaxing evening with beautiful breeze going through the palm trees. Being on the inside we heard NO Duval Street Noise Like we heard was a problem. We will most certaintly go back in April.

Reviewed by Nicole G. of Miami of FL USA on Dec-2006 Stayed at the Property - Dec-2006 While I understand that rooms must be made to suit the handicapped, I would've liked to be informed in advance that I'd be required to shampoo my hair and hold the shower head simultaneously. The floors look like 100 people walked on it with wet, muddy feet and I woke in the morning with bug bites on my body - wonder where they came from??? And there is no pool - just a big bathtub. I can only assume that any positive reviews were written while still intoxicated from the very nearby Duval Street - the only positive thing about this place.
