EVERY YEAR I TAKE THE JR. YOUTH GROUP FROM MY CHURCH AWAY FOR THE WEEKEND. THIS WAS THE BEST SO FAR. THE KIDS LOVED THE HOTEL, THE POOL AND THE DINING FACILITIES. THEY WANT TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR. THAT WAS MY THIRD TIME THERE AND SINCE THEN HAVE SENT MANY CHURCH MEMBERS TO YOU. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Our check in seemed to be the only problem. And that was only because the girl that checked us in, was young, and as usual, she spoke way to fast, and I had to keep asking what it was she had said. She did not give us a map of the facility, which would have been helpful. Rooms were clean and nice, although, it would have been nice to have more creamers for coffees. I know this seems small, but is a pet peeve of mine. By the time you have them bring you more, you are ready to leave.

This Best Western is elegant, grand and state of the art. Our room was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and a nice size. It's a busy hotel but we never had to wait for a thing. The pools life guard was the best we've ever seen at any pool. He walked around and around looking into the pool continuously. We ate at the adjoining restaurant a few times and the food and service were good. We came for shopping & a show and was conveniently located to both.
