Reviewed by Gail C. of on Feb-2008 Stayed at the Property - Feb-2008 I checked in Friday evening. I was given a room where the bathtub/shower was missing half of it's porcelain. The jagged edges of the porcelain made it impossible to use. The next morning I was moved to another room. They were not supposed to use that room, I wondered why I was given that room in the first place.

I paid cash but was charged to my card even though I unauthoriazed it. I also was charged a night I didn't stay, and the manager said it was a no show, but I never made a res. just showed up looking for a pet room. So, they made some serious mistakes and made no effort to check their records and get back to me. So, overcharge total was 391. Beware b/c they take cash and don't record it!
