Rooms and lobby were extremely clean and our room was updated and rather modern. My only mild complaint was that the parking attendents were a bit noisy at night from where our room was located. I suppose I could have called and had them quiet down but it wasn't that big of a deal. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, even hailed us a cab to the museum. Hotel is in walking distance to many places, including the Magnificent Mile. Totally worth your time to stay here.

We checked in warly and since our room was not ready, we were upgraded by the friendly staff. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with every amenity. Simply fantastic. Don't forget to check out the pool either.

No continental breakfast and the restaurant was mediocre. The curtains didn't close so it was super bright in the morning (and they were ugly). Nice big bed, clean, free parking was nice, cool bathroom, good service. It was all right.

Once we parked our car (in the free parking), we didn't have to drive it all weekend. The hotel is a little odd in that you have to go to 4th floor, over, and up to the pool. It is also obviously old and a little noisy once people start moving about int he morning and at night. But, it was clean and had decent beds. Great price for the location and amenities provided by a downtown hotel. We would definately go back.
