Every employee took the extra time to smile and make eye contact when passing you in the hallways. The service in the restaurant was definitely good but I wouldn't say excellent. There was a pool, hot tub and fantastic fitness facility along with a tennis court and business centre with internet access. My room was very clean and spacious.

The rooms were large and well appointed, the public areas were very nice, but the real standout was the incredible, friendly, polite service. Whether it was advice on restaurants, driving directions, unusual requests for assistance --nothing was too much for these people. Not at all romantic, but otherwise highly recommended.
