Reviewed by Melinda M. of on Jul-2007 Stayed at the Property - Jul-2007 No smoking room that I reserved was not available. We checked in at 2 and by midnight the air conditioner was not doing its job. We had received a fan from the front desk. My husband went to complain, they came to the room 2 front desk staff and a security guard. After the staff left doing nothing but cause my husband to be angry. The front desk staff phoned our room we could check out before midnight and there would be no charge for the room. We were told we could discuss the possible discount I requested in the morning at check out.
